Project management services are available to coordinate all services offered. From simple issues to complex problem resolution, we will adopt and guide your project to insure that all steps are completed and satisfactorily delivered. After your project launches, your project manager’s time is billed for actual time spent directly on your project. Up to four hours of initial project evaluation and estimating is provided for a nominal charge. After reviewing your Project Management service request, an initial interview is arranged with a qualified Project Manager from our company. The general details are discussed, and a decision is made by you to go forward or to request a different Project Manager based on specific skills or experience requirements. Once you decide a Project Manager is needed for your system project, you will meet with the Project Manager to develop an approved Statement of Work. A prepared Statement of Work and updated Project Plan serve as your guideline for tracking and reviewing the project milestone progression and project budget status. Detailed project status reports are maintained to include tracking of individual tasks by hour, delineating dependencies. Everything is updated throughout your project until completion. There is no penalty for terminating this service if you decide to change direction. Our Project Manager contracts provide you with protection from any further obligation in the event of your decision to terminate, change, or self manage your project.
